Hosting Refund Policy

If you pay with a debit or credit card, Internet Banking, we will activate your account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Sending payment by offline modes, such as NEFT, IMPS, bank transfer, or another method offered on NetGetIndia, may cause your order to be processed late. We advised using the automated payment to prevent manual verification, and the order was activated instantly. If you create multiple account only for coupon discount then your account will closed by netgetindia team.

If you buy any of this hosting you have only 30 Days (if you buy hosting for 1 year and more) & 7 Day's (If you buy Hosting less then 1 year plan) for claim your refund. Your email id need verified for your refund claim. When You will get refund we will charge Transactions Fees of your Hosting Price. If you able to get refund you need to raise a ticket on you dashboard. After within 7 day's you will get your refund amount on Our Site Credit Balance. If you want to get it to your Bank it charge 50 Rupees either 20% of Hosting amount which is higher to Transfer Bank. Our Gateway Partner Charge Transactions fees for that transactions fees also Non Refundable.

Domain Refund Policy

Domains are a non-refundable product. If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, then after the cancellation of the hosting plan, a partial refund will be issued(domain cost will be deducted). We provide domain, If we can not able to delivered Domain within 2 Hours we give refund to our customer. Also DNS Management Mandatory to Buy with Domain, If you wont Buy DNS Management domain will be not activate and it should cancel without any refund.

Cloud & Servers Refund Policy

Cloud Hosting only Annual plan Refundable. If you buy it for monthly bases then it nonrefundable. Cloud Hosting only has 7 days refund policy if billing for annual plan. We Sell VPS & Server using Reseller Model. We bought This server from another Company then sell it. We wont refund for VPS & Dedicated Because We using Resell Model.
